Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (quadiz.com) or entering into an agreement with Quadiz (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Quadiz provides digital design and engineering services, including UI/UX design, SaaS MVP development, custom web applications, design systems, and dedicated talent support. The specific scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables for each engagement are outlined in individual proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or quotes agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full and final payment for the agreed-upon project scope, all custom design files (Figma assets), source code, documentation, and specific deliverables created for the client belong exclusively to the client.

Agency Portfolio & Case Studies: Unless governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Quadiz reserves the right to showcase completed non-confidential project designs and case studies in our portfolio and promotional channels.

4. Payment Terms & Milestones

Project billing structures (fixed milestones, retainer subscriptions, or hourly rates) are specified in the project proposal. Standard milestone payments are required prior to final production handoff or code repository transfer. Invoices must be settled within the timeframe stated on the respective invoice.

5. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

We work in collaborative, iterative cycles with our clients. Standard revision allowances are integrated into each milestone. Requests that represent significant deviations from the original brief or scope will be estimated as scope additions with transparent, upfront pricing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quadiz, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or website, beyond the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Contact & Questions
